After the accident, 5 years later Kate and Reina's long time friend asks for help with the tornado outbreak in Oklahoma. Reluctant to go both sisters agree to a week in Oklahoma to what they thought was a way to help people but soon realized things aren't as they seem. One day Blakeliegh Hart has everything she can think of, her amazing boyfriend, her older brother who would do anything for her, and her best friend who just so happens to be her brother's girlfriend of 3 years. The next day, Blake loses everything. Her brother's dead, her best friend cuts contact, and her boyfriend joins the military. She didn't have anyone or anything except for the scars that remind her of the day she wishes she could easily forget. How do you fall back in love with the love of your life after he abandons you for the military? How do you cope with the loss of your brother? How do you cope with any loss when your rock moves to New York and tries to forget everything that ever happened in Oklahoma, leaving you to grieve with no end in sight.

She puts her camera around her neck, throws a bag over her shoulder, walks out of the room and walks out to the barn to go find Tyler. A few minutes later, Kate walks into the barn, sees Tyler teaching their daughter, Moon, about tornadoes, smiles at them and said, "Honey, I'm taking the truck and stopping another tornado like El Reno."
