Not that she can blame him, after all she did have an affair with a women. There's one thing she has control over but it's not healthy. She is suffering alone until Kate notices something wrong. Kate is the only one that can drag Rana out of this black hole. Imran is no where to be seen so its down to Kate to come to the rescue. To help Rana before it gets too much to the point where she can't take it anymore.
