A story following the sinking of the Titanic, an alternative ending to the 1997 film. The story begins the moment Rose sees the lifeboat, and follows her and Jack as they become settled together in America. While dealing with the trauma following the incident, Rose has made it her responsibility to help the passengers struggling from the incident financially to find their way, while also officially separating herself from her family legally, and starting her new life with Jack.

Rose and Jack have survived the terrible tragedy of the ill fated ship, the Titanic. As they both slowly recover, both try to build their future, but can't escape their past.
