Emily Pulitzer, the youngest daughter of Joseph Pulitzer and little sister of Katherine Pulitzer, has lived a simple life of wealth and leisure - along with a few strict rules - for the longest time. Emily was always quite the adventurer. But what sort of adventure could she go on if her whole life was already planned out for her? Emily tries to find ways to entertain herself, but somehow the feeling of boredom always finds its way back to her. That is until she bumps into a group of Newsboys and starts to have feelings for a certain smart, sweet, chocolate colored-eyed, brown-haired Newsie. Considering how wrong it was to have her heart set on this boy (according to her dad), will Emily fight for love or just let it go? Katherine has been gone for two months, and Jack has met a new girl. She's very mysterious, and will not tell him much about herself. He finds it sort of cute.
