Based off of fallingteardrops1234's story, 'Building Fire', starting off in chapter 15. Finnick and Katniss challenge each other to a game of intimate actions. Finnick plans on winning and so does Katniss.

Katniss Everdeen is the lone surviving Victor of the 74th Hunger Games. That's right, her fellow tribute from District 12; her star crossed lover Peeta Mellark unfortunately perished in the games. What will happen now, when President Snow has planned the same unfortunate fate for her as a certain handsome District 4 Victor?

Katniss Everdeen, Victor of 66th Annual Hunger Games at the age of 12, meets Finnick Odair, The 15 year-old Capitol Heartthrob. Katniss has trouble adjusting to Victor life, and dreads the quickly approaching 71st Hunger Games, where Johanna Mason has vowed to volunteer, to avenge her sister.
