Gale has volunteered for Peeta Mellark to compete in the 74th annual Hunger Games with Katniss Everdeen after she volunteered for her sister. Katniss is anything except happy about it due to the concern she has for her family left alone at home. Will she be able to abide this and work with him in the games, or will she leave him and fight alone? Does Gale feel something more than best friends for Katniss? Does she feel something more for him? To Katniss, it doesn't matter anymore under their circumstances, but Gale might think a little bit differently . . .

This is a 'song' from Gale's perespective to Katniss. I am re-reading the trilogy and I think I may be turning into team Gale. I can't help but feel sorry for him. I believe Gale and Katniss are made for eachother, and Peeta . . . if only he were easier to hate :) Please read and give me feedback!

Gale is now living in District Two as a Military officer. You might think he is happy with his new life given he has a new job, but his life isn't where he wants it. Even before the rebellion he saw his life going in a different path. He struggles to come to terms with his past, until he gets a surprising letter.

After the war things are never the same between Katniss and Peeta, he is not the same. Katniss forgives Gale for the bombings knowing that he would never intend to kill Prim after years of looking out for her. After losing hope of Peeta ever returning to her the way he was, Katniss falls back in love with Gale, her best friend and hunting partner, and is reminded of her life before the Games, where she was happy and free. Peeta and Katniss have won the Hunger Games and the whispers of a revolution have started. Laura-lie Walker, a 15 year old from District 12, is trying to support her family of 6 when suddenly, she is picked to go to the games with her brother's best friend. Who will win? *In this au, Katniss and Peeta never went to the games again. The 75 Hunger Games was not for just the veterans, but they were in the drawing.*

Two years have past since the war and Katniss' life is still in ruins. With the realisation of having fake feelings towards Peeta she's missed Gale more than ever. After Gale makes a surprise return to District 12 he's whisked away, by none other than the Capitol. Is there enough time to save him, as well as her friends? What happens when katniss's jealousy gets the best of her? What happens when gale is unfaithful to rose?Will rose ever be the same? I guess not because NOTHING EVER STAYS GOOD. I WILL UPDATE EVERY CHANCE I GET!
