Calix Kentwell is furious with Katniss Everdeen. She killed his sister. Clove Kentwell. Calix Kentwell won the 73rd Hunger Games and came home to district 2 healthy and happy to see his sister. Its now the 74th Hunger Games and his sister Clove volunteers, not knowing that that year there would be an unexpected win. He watched his sisters game, and as her mentor he sent her food and blankets and medicine. She was close to winning until disaster hit. At the feast, instead of running away like he told her to do in his note she decided to go against his will. She ran after Katniss Everdeen. Katniss killed her by banging her head on the cornucopia and he was furious. No, not furious beyond furious. He screamed and yelled at the tv, throwings things at it.
