The same symbol appears on your soulmate's body too; and the closer you get the larger and more detailed it becomes. Katsuki has been looking forward to the day he got his mark, for that special someone to ground him down and help him through all the things he couldn't share before. He couldn't wait to find the person who he called his own. Izuku was always weary when the term 'soulmate' came up in conversation, knowing first hand how having a soulmate wasn't all peachy and perfect like others wanted you to believe. Years of watching his parents had taught him one thing - people were never to be trusted, and after the bullying from his once childhood friend he just couldn't look at others the same way. So what happens when these two opposing people are awarded the same mark on their left wrist? Well the only thing that can : they change.
