He got expelled after fighting against a third year, mortally leaving them in the hospital. It's not like he started it, but he blew the first punch, literally. Now in search of another career he looks towards villainy, a place to show off his flashy quirk while doing something productive. It'd also kick UA in the guts if the public found out.
