Viktor, you have been my everything. My life, my love, my oxygen. Thanks for that. I wouldn't have survived as a skater without you. To be honest, I wouldn't have done much as a skater without you. You were always my aspiration, my inspiration. But, how could I be with you? The gap is just too great. I have admired you since I can remember. God, my childhood room was full of your posters. All I dreamt of was that you noticed me, finally, and you, for some reason yet incomprehensible for me, did. You did all that, why? I keep thinking that the same way you came, you'll leave. That you will realize of how weak I really am, how not worth of you. You could possibly be with anyone in this entire planet, why me, if I am all flaws? I can't even skate properly without you. So, before you break me, I'll run. While I still have a chance. [I published this however long ago and took it down later but I decided I want it to be up so here it is]

I clutched the phone, tears welling up in my eyes. I thought he was getting better. He told me so. He told me that my skating, my songs, my story.. was making him feel better. He even told me that his doctor said that his depression was lessening by the minute. But it was all a lie. He was just doing what he usually does best; make everyone around him feel happy so they wouldn't feel what he felt. He did was an idiot would do. Then again, how would I understand? "Elliot, you're up. Elliot?" My coach, Celestino, walked towards me with a worried expression. "Are you.. crying? This isn't the time for that. You can't buckle under pressure now, everyone's rooting for you, okay? It's the Grand Prix Final, and your last year in the youth division. Don't you want to inspire people like you always say?" I've always said that I'd want my skating to influence other lives positively. I wanted other people to see how great life is, to feel the joy that I feel on the ice. "...But what's the point?" My right hand that held my phone fell to my side as I mumbled those four words. "What? I can't hear you over these roaring crowds!" He said, glancing over his shoulder at the entrance; an attempt at encouraging me. "It's nothing." I said, wiping my tears off and putting on a big smile, "Just thinking over a few things, that's all." Celestino hesitated, "...All right. Now, go show them what you're made of!" "Mhm!" I said with a small smile and a nod, handing him my phone. Approaching the ice, I took a deep breath, closing my eyes. My white and blue outfit reflected numerous, diminutive sparkles. Wavy, rose blonde hair cascading down my back - some of it tied and braided back in a ponytail with white ribbon.
