After defeating All for One at Kamino Ward, the world went quiet. All Might went back to teaching, still offering guidance to his successor and Izuku's classmates, while Katsuki had to reconcile with the guilt of ending All Might's hero career. After fighting Izuku at Ground Beta, Aizawa put his foot down and made Katsuki begin therapy. It helped. For a while. But needing help made Katsuki feel weak. And feeling weak wasn't easy for him to swallow. So, he stopped going and let everything simmer inside until he could barely look his friends in the eyes, too scared they could see straight through him. Except for one pair of bright green eyes, that shined in Katsuki's direction and made him feel like maybe, just maybe, there was still an outstretched hand. All he had to do was take it. OR Katsuki doesn't know how to be a good friend. But he wants to. [Author's Note: This is incredibly self indulgent. Lots of trans characters. Basically everyone is queer. Mild drug use (weed pen).
