Kaveh falls in love at first sight. Or maybe not exactly first sight. The start of this fanfiction is based on the MV for the song "Begin" by Yoojung from OnlyOneOf (reason for the title). ps. I first posted this on Ao3

Kaveh has been hiding his feelings for a time too long. What he didn't predict was the fact that his time to end came far too soon caused by a disease. But only at that point of time when Kaveh was soon to his very last breath when they both confessed. At the end, their love story was tragic. Only ending in sadness. Al haitham desperately wanted a second chance, and just as kaveh said that he hoped they would be lovers the next life, will it turn out the way they wanted? ( The entire story is purely fictional.
