Kaveh, an amazing architect. Alhaitham, a serious scribe. they both used to be friends back in the Akademiya, when they were students. but they distanced and walked their own paths into life. now that they're adults, they live together, at the scribe's house, due to Kaveh's economical issues. they don't really get along though. alhaitham says things he doesn't means and kaveh takes them personally.
