After the moonlight black cats die Kirito runs into Asuna and tells her what happened. He then asks her to partner up with him and she accepts. This fanfiction is based on the anime sword art online I do not own the rights, I do not own any of the characters.

I can't think of anything for my other fanfics so here we are!

Six year old Akihiko Kayaba spends his days in the sandbox building sandcastle after sandcastle, trying to bring his dreams to life, most days leaving in disappointment. Until finally, one day, he creates something he's truly proud of, and his dream of Aincrad, the marvelous floating castle, is born. This is a one-shot of where Akihiko Kayaba got the idea for Sword Art Online.

Months have past since Asuna's death and Kirito is still trying to pick up the pieces, helped by his close friend and long time clearer Yuuki the two bond and grow closer than a simple friendship . (AU with Yuuki being the same age as Kirito, not suffering from illness and trapped in Aincrad, (AYAU)

Things were relatively normal in Aincrad as the 74th floor had just recently been accessed. However things will soon divert as an on ominous message is sent to the games top players. Soon after Kirito, Asuna and another member of the Knights of the Blood called Tugo go to the location of a secret dungeon that had just opened up on the 50th floor which the message entails to have a legendary sword in it. What is this sword, what secrets does it hold and how will it affect the advancement through Aincrad? Find out in Sword Art Online - Sword of Dawn!

November 2022, Sword Art Online (SAO) is the first full-experience VRMMORPG to be published. Chris a young french player got the pleasure to play the game with his friends Luckau, Koharu and Kirito. Until the truth has been revealed: the devs trapped all the players in the game and the only way to be free is to finish all the 100 floors created by them but the players have one life only if they die in the game, they die in real life which lead to chaos and despair in the game even suicides and murders happen. Since then, a small team was formed by Luckau one of the game developers, betrayed by his colleagues who must keep this secret with the help of Chris his best friend, who must fight along with his personal trouble. Koharu and Asuna wish to surpass themselves. Kirito desires to vanish his own fears and help his friends. Mito wants to do her best after she has done a terrible mistake. All of them form the 1st EIS Squad (Exploration.Investigation.Squad), and their objective: free the players at all risks floor per floor even if the danger is always close to them (especially when their nemesis knows two of them very well...) or they encounters their relatives who are trapped with them in this death game. (Based on some parts of the SAOIF game a bit of the official SAO lore despite I will crush the official lore ^^ and my in-game experience) (Oh and by the way it's my first ever fan fiction so it's totally new to me) Update the fanfic every 2 months (or when I can)

But when Kayaba Akahiko's consciousness begins to take hold of the game, certain events in the game begin to unfold, it leaves only one question: What is he up to now? And will Kirito and Asuna be able to stop him again?
