The war hadn't gotten any easier, and his life had only gotten harder. It was obvious the Olympians were desperate. After the Ereban King, Nico's father, had obtained the weapon of the historical king Hades, they'd been decimating the Olympian and Atlantean forces. There was no way they'd win this war without heavy bloodshed and a miracle. So they did the only thing they could. They called for a cease fire, for a stop to the bloodshed, in return for the return of the Ereban princess, Hazel Levesque. So here they were, meeting on the border. Nico is seeing faces he hasn't let himself dream about for what feels like years. He's changed; all the progress Will and his friends had made in the time they were with Nico had disappeared. He'd been angry for a long time, but there was only so much you could do when you're angry at someone you can't do anything to. So, after a while, his anger faded to bitter resentment, and his target moved to something more important. Getting his boyfriend back. Nico, hostage of the king, forced into this war that Will knew he didn't want to be a part of. Will would do anything to get him back, because he couldn't let King Hades take someone else from him. You sit in your golden castle and judge my homeland, but what have you ever done that meant a single thing? You have no idea what it takes to wake up every morning and choose to survive. You cannot understand the things I have sacrificed to stand before you today. I have built wall after wall to keep air in my lungs-carving away parts of myself with each and every breath I take. I did allude to the fact that Colton Reynolds, my PJO OC, knew Scooby Doo as well as Xavier, my OC from my unfinished SDMI fanfic, in one of the chapters from Hearts Crossed, Book Two of my PJO fanfic series. Will and Nico didn't talk often. They had that small skirmish during that one war, a small argument afterwards, and then they didn't talk to each other again, only interacting when Nico gets hurt and Will has to heal the death child. Now it's years later, Will is 19 and Nico is 18, and some sort of fate force them to interact. For the better or for the worse. Nico di Angelo and Will Solace had been inseparable ever since they met. They were best friends for god knows how long. But then something changes between them. These are just some Apollo cabin one-shots. The main character is an OC of mine named Melody Foster, daughter of Apollo. Nico di Angelo is a forensic pathologist, well, training to be one. He spends his days examining dead bodies and learning how they died. Pretty cool, right? Will Solace is training to be a nurse. His goal is to prevent as many bodies from needing to be examined as possible. He wanted to save people. When these two move in together, many adventures follow, because honestly, what else can you expect when two complete opposites try to coexist? As time goes on they learn that maybe they aren't so different after all. Characters belong to Rick Riordan, but the plot and all that belong to me. Also, none of the art belongs to me, I just find it on the interweb. I did make the cover, but again, images were not mine. I can't draw to save my life. (65,742 words)

Remember when @The_sunniest_angels ended her reign with a single message on her message board? Remember how we thirsted for a single update, just to see how any of the stories finished? Well, kids, I gotchu. I have a job here, and it's to help her to finish her legacy. ~&~&~&~&~&~&~&~&~&~ Will was wallowing in his own grief after Percy Jackson announced Nico di Angelo's undeniable death. He cried himself to sleep, mourned, sobbed in pain, and cursed the gods for doing this to him. But Aphrodite always had different ideas. When he woke up with his world suddenly plunged back into colour, and Hazel screaming about Nico's return, it was his job to bring Nico back. With the help of a couple of friends and a feisty bone cat that leads them, will he manage to snatch his love out of Death's hands, and just be happy? I dunno, but that's Aphrodite's matter.

1. Nico di Angelo and Leo Valdez. They've been friends since seventh grade and even live next to each other. They both have slowly opened up over the years, gradually forming a close friendship. Nico knows what happened when Leo was eight and Leo knows what happened to Nico's older sister. But there's a few things that Nico doesn't know about. Leo would never let the words leave his mouth, but we just can't have nice things, can we? Will Solace and Nico di Angelo. Now, these ones are true opposites. Will enjoys the daytime, is extroverted, and is a social butterfly. Nico di Angelo, on the other hand, finds peace in the nighttime, is the most introverted introvert anyone's ever met, and finds socializing a draining task. They meet and things are going quite well--until Will's father (who hasn't been in Will's life since he was eight) shows up. And he's got quite a few secrets to be unveiled. Valerie Oriana has been running for a long while. Eventually, her running leads her right to Camp Half-Blood. She finally has a home, a family, friends...
