From what Will's seen, it starts off with a fairly civil fight with the only casualties being potatoes and a tiny cut on his sister's lip. But when tensions between cabins grow the next day, the healing of the injured demigods involved go awry due to something else other than the simple injuries they're recovering from. So distraught by one of the instances, Will tries to figure out what's been going on, but when he does, his state of mind leads some of the others to believe he's just lost it. All because interacting with a certain girl that he can't bring himself to stay away from changes everything from what he knows about himself to how others see him and most importantly, where he falls in the destiny conflict. Nico di Angelo is a forensic pathologist, well, training to be one. He spends his days examining dead bodies and learning how they died. Pretty cool, right? Will Solace is training to be a nurse. His goal is to prevent as many bodies from needing to be examined as possible. He wanted to save people. When these two move in together, many adventures follow, because honestly, what else can you expect when two complete opposites try to coexist? As time goes on they learn that maybe they aren't so different after all. Characters belong to Rick Riordan, but the plot and all that belong to me. 𝔹𝕆𝕆𝕂 𝟚 As it turned out, Mari was actually living a nice, normal and more importantly safe(ish) life somewhere sunny. Most of the time. Nobody was more surprised about this turn of events than she was. Problem was, things aren't ever that simple for a demigoddess. Monsters? Standard demigod fare, she could handle that. Homework? Now, that as actually an issue. An army set to invade camp any day now and kill them all? That maybe took slight precedence over the whole 'homework' thing. Maybe. Okay, so everyone knows that Apollo pissed off Eros so Eros cursed him to fall in love with Daphne, and that he also cursed Daphne so that she could never love him back. What if this curse was passed on to Apollo's kids? But their beloved could love them back, if they play their cards right that is. Will Solace doesn't think he'll find his cursed lover. Only half of all Apollo kids do (and only half of that half have a good relationship with them) so why would he find the person he could have a phenomenal love with if his brother Lee didn't? No he's not gonna find them. He's not going to have to worry about the heart break. Or at least that's what he thinks.
