An attempt to improve my mental health, that's seems to be spiraling down.

"I don't think i'm ready for this." He frowned tears welling in his eyes, he felt so bad doing this to her. She was the love of his life yet here he was hurting her again. "What do you mean?" She screamed, her face was red, tears running down her face. Her long dark hair struck to her wet cheeks. She waited for his reply, soon she couldn't wait any longer. She ripped the ring of her finger chucking it at him. "You can have that back." he sighed "Sophia, don't act like this." "Fuck you silas." She spat in his face. he took a deep breath wiping the spit off his face, this was even worse than if she had slapped him. He felt his eyes rim with tears hearing the slamming of the front door, the shelves and cabinets vibrating for it. COMING SOON
