He built a new life from nothing and made himself a new man. leader of The Dregs, Bastard of the Barrel, and Ace of Crows. But leading the most notorious gang in all of Kerch had a price, which is constantly being hunted down. So Kaz wasn't surprised that he felt he was being watched, but something was different. It seemed that a person wasn't watching him, but The Shadows themselves. The Shadows were reporting back to a powerful being, one who now was hunting Kaz down with his army. So now Kaz must take a journey back to Ravka to find out what was so intriguing about him while finding out what really happened to his parents and Jordie. And these so-called imperfections in the eyes of others made him Kaz, the Bastard of the Barrel, Dirtyhands, the man she had given her heart to. ~ It's been a week since Kuwei's auction, since Matthias died, since Kaz brought Inej's parents to Ketterdam. To no one's surprise, her parents have stayed and Inej has been spending as much time as possible with them. However there's one small problem for Kaz : Inej has asked him to come to the hotel to meet her parents. The beloved Crooked Kingdom was very open-ended for us readers, but one thing was largely (almost unanimously) agreed on- Kaz and Inej ended up together, because love. Slowly but surely. They work together to work through their trauma (not completely, obviously). Inej doesn't just wait for Kaz, she waits with him. But her arrow has aim, after all. She is a slaver hunter, her name uttered in feared tones by the slavers. But she always comes back to Ketterdam. Home. Inej receives help from Kaz when needed (among other things), and has stayed close to Jesper, Wylan, and the feisty Nina. Anyways, this is about them. I desperately tried to keep everyone in character! I've never really done anything on Wattpad, so with that.... ENJOY!
