But when a dangerous, infuriating, and suspiciously charming Neverseen agent enters the mix, missions get a lot harder, and far more unpredictable. Sophie's team has one goal: gather intel and get out alive. But as secrets unfold and the line between friend and enemy begins to waver, Sophie realizes that surviving the mission might be the easy part. Her heart? That's another story entirely. This is a fanfiction inspired by the Keeper of the Lost Cities series. The story is an alternate timeline where Sophie and Keefe meet under very different circumstances than in the books. The events, character interactions, and missions in this story do not follow the canon timeline and is my separate take on the kotlc world.

A/N After Stellarlune, Keefe's death, and Elysian, something is discovered. But it's not the usual thing where they help the world. It's something much more than that.
