The story is an alternate timeline and universe where Sophie and Keefe meet under very different circumstances than in the books. The events and character interactions in this story do not follow the canon timeline and is my separate take on the kotlc world.

This is the first book of KOTLC, but instead of Keefe knowing what everyone feels, WE know what Keefe feels. That's right, it's in Keefe's POV- the whole book. But their bodies are fading from their realm, and if they don't find their way back home, they will stay in the other realm. Forever. * STORY CURRENTLY DISCONTINUED * Was on hiatus for a while - will most likely be discontinued unless I ever decide to pick it up again, which is rare. Sorry! ~ This story is a different plot line based at the beginning of Stellarlune ~ Sophie had never felt quite as devastated since Keefe had left. She had been bedridden for most of the hours in a day, having barely enough willpower to get up and go to Foxfire. Some part of her felt like it was missing. The heartache was far too heavy. She ignored everyone and everything, numb to any emotion on the spectrum. Not that many of her friends necessarily wanted to speak to her after she executively decided to burn down the storehouse, which was simply a retaliation effort in a war that was already waging, and not the beginning of the war. Several of the non-irritated people present in her lives tended to be extremely worried around her, and tried to provide her with anything to cheer her up. But nothing worked. She was lost. She was useless. She couldn't do anything. She couldn't be the strong little moonlark everyone wanted her to be. She needed Keefe back. She needed to find him. She needed him soon. Before the numbness consumes her. - Sorta crappy introduction, I swear the writing will be better! - • Nothing mature will be happening in this story!
