So, if you know anything about mental illness, you'll know that it is often misunderstood, or over looked. I will be writing day by day of how depression affects my life, a day by day of what depression can do to someone, now it can mess with you, how it makes you think, and what it makes you want to do. I'm hoping that with this book, ill be able to help someone who doesn't understand, gain a little more knowledge about this. just trying to show how serious depression is.

You only ever see a window of someone's life, however big or small they let it be with you. Behind those windows, either show comfort or perfection, or pain and agony. You never know what a person is going through unless you live their life. The book will contain sensitive topics such as self harm, drugs, alcoholism, and abuse. I hope you enjoy the book.
