Cuando como esto nos sucede, es complicado aceptarlo. Es como si las palaras no alcanzaran y nos llena un sentimiento de desesperanza. Los sentimientos que detona un abuso o una violación son, por decir lo menos, complicados. Este escrito tiene como propósito ayudar a las víctimas de estos horribles crímenes a poner en palabras y de una forma tangible varias de las manifestaciones que un abuso o una violación conllevan, a través de una serie de pequeñas historias recopiladas. Al poder identificarse con ciertos aspectos de un personaje, se pretende que todos ustedes puedan darse cuenta de que esas descargas emocionales y repercusiones en su personalidad son algo de lo que no deben estar avergonzados. If. . . you keep trying. A swimmers story. I am 13 year old. I am short. I am brave. I am a girl. I am a swimmer. I am Oceana Orianna. And this is the story of my life. I've always loved swimming, back far as I can remember. Sometimes it feels like I was born to swim. Like swimming found me. But the thing is that nothing is easy. Swimming is not easy. Life is not easy. You fail you succeed. You are happy you are sad. Some fail more than others, some succeed earlier than others, but that's just life. And there's just one solution. . . You've got to keep trying, keep trying until you succeed. Oceana loves swimming. Swimming is her life. Day after day, training after training. One day she's decides to take a big step. To do every swimmers dream. To go to the Olympics. But the first few weeks of training are hard, harder than she thought.
