A lot of quirkless children went missing without a trace and no one ever found them. No child ever escaped the facility but one and that was Izuku Midoriya. He knew exactly who this facility belong too and what they were doing here. The project he goes under was called Project Nomu and he also knew certain information about Project Chimera! Izuku, Bakugou, and Todoroki also Tokoyami went to travel to Mexico to help to the strongest heroes to find villains who made black markets in the country and biggest villain that everyone feared.
