Keishin and Y/n have known each other for what feels like a lifetime. Since both their parents were close friends they got to grow up with each other. Y/n and Keishin remained close friends even after highschool and knew a lot about each other, but not everything... something from their past was going to encourage one of them to make their move.

When Nishinoya's older sister Akina gets suspended from her volleyball team for a month because she hit someone a little bit too hard :D she starts picking her younger brother up from practice were she meets his coach....(queue the lip bite) (not my art btw)

Ukai changed when he started his 3rd year, he wasn't the confident kid he used to be, he had lost his bright smile and loud personality. No one knew what had happened to him but he isolated himself, he was cold and rude, he was reckless and he was tiresome. Unknown to his friends and teachers Ukai had been through a lot in the last 3 months, he felt lost and hopeless but he had found something to keep him going. Music and art are his new gods! Y/n is a new employee at Coach Ukai's store, and she's helping him train the Karasuno Volleyball team! (Note: this discription is terrible >< I've got to come back and fix this...maybe...) I noticed that there are quite a few interesting (0_0) Ukai x reader stories out there (but also not the biggest selection compared to other Haikyuu characters), so I decided to make a fun story for people to enjoy!
