Erity Sawamura played volleyball in America for a short amount of time, labeled one of the best Libero's in the country. Every play she made, every touch of the ball was satisfactory for her. Her second year of middle school, she lead her team to victory in nationals. By the end of the year, she received a call from her family in Japan about her fathers death, so she decided to move back to Japan along with resigning from her spot on her team.
