The team expect him to be on the top of the game and he struggles to make it up to their expectations. then a mission goes wrong and the Voltron paladins are captured by an enemy tribe who know the Keith is hurt. they use this to get information. information from him and from the other paladins. but now their back on the ship, with complicated feelings and a week of Lance and Keith restricted to the same couch. what could go wrong, or more, what could go right? Keith had always been a quiet boy, always labeled as 'the loner' or 'emo' due to his silent tendencies. Looking through the crowd, Keith would just be another face begging for attention. Dark clothes, long hair, always wearing headphones, and deaf to the world around him. Keith is just another guy, a meaningless face in the crowd. Due to being so silent, almost hostile at times, no one- scratch that. Shiro knows about his dreams. No not just his dreams to go to, but his literal dreams. Keith wasn't someone that you'd call 'a dreamer', but he had strange dreams. They were so vivid, that he'd almost call them memories. He didn't tell Shiro about all of his 'dreams', but he told Shiro of what he could. In his dreams, there were four others, no- six others most of the time, but only one stood out mire than the other is faces. It was a boy that Keith swore he could never make up with his own imagination. Tan, brown skin that had to be natural, but must've come from many days in the sun, mocha brown hair that had the slightest bit of length in the back, dazzling blue eyes that Keith swore had the essence of the ocean, and he was lanky, almost as tall as Shiro. Keith had developed a bit of a crush on this boy that appeared in his dreams. Not that he'd ever tell Shiro, but.. he had a feeling that his brother knew. But, even in his dreams, Keith was ignored. Just like everyone else. Well, everyone that wasn't Matt or Shiro. So Keith could only let it be in his dreams. It was just his subconscious trying to comfort him in his loneliness, right? That's what Keith had convinced himself for the past two years as he went into his Junior year of high school. He started the year off as normal: alone, silent, and somewhat aggressive. Until, about halfway through the year, it seemed that most of his classes had gained a new face, one that Keith knew all too well. OK, so I always see these awesome (and not so great) fanfics about Keith. I always have ideas after reading them, based off of the plot. For example, Keith angst where he gets captured, or Klance with bottom Keith and top Lance with some fluff. I have been procrastinating long enough and deiced with school and family issues these are where my dabbles will go (for now). Any requests are open, though the details of what I will not write will be inside on the first chapter. He might be a grade ahead but foolish, foolish, him fell in love. That wasnt his intention at all... Lance is the loudest mouth at high school you'd ever have the honor of running into! Major plot changes do not occur/occur very rarely. Keith is forced to live a life he hates. His father, Texas Kogane, is a gaslighting, emotionally abusive prick, and all Keith can do to not off himself is say this; "just a few more years before i can leave this hellhole." But holy shit is it hard. Keith feels like he's stuck in an endless loop, and he doesnt know how much longer he can keep going through this. And on top of this; hes in love with someone hes sure doesnt feel the same. -- this is obv an au- its loosley based on my own experiences :)
