As a result, Luke receives an unexpected visitor, Kate thrives on the knowledge that the girl she's had a crush on for too long actually likes her back, McQuaid faces life after a heartbreaking discovery and Tyler attempts to find his place at Boring High. This fanfic is set straight after the first season of Everything Sucks! Hopefully it covers everything we long for in season 2, despite the fact that we might not be getting one. I too am devastated that everything sucks will not have a season two! Emaline and Kate's love story was my absolute favourite, that it why I want to write a season 2 of my own focusing on the kemaline relationship. I hope you enjoy :))

Kate has trouble coming to terms with her sexuality which could strain the feelings she has developed for Emaline. But Emaline helps Kate to feel more comfortable with herself giving her time before she makes the move on asking her to be her girlfriend. It may take awhile for Kate to warm up to Emaline that way, but neither of them can deny their feelings they have towards one another for too long. Perhaps it's an undeniable, love.
