Tammie Jean Keolalani Filiault, student, competitor, and now a coach. She has been in sports all her life. She did her bachelors in business administration in marketing and management from Chaminade University. Her passion for sports has led her to several competitions across the globe. From the year 1989, she has participated in several tournaments - French Polynesian Championships, Asian Pacific Championships, World Championships, South Pacific Games, and Olympic Games, Barcelona. Her career as a swimming coach began in 1998. Over the years she has coached swimmers at all levels. She also began a new swimming team at The Lowe's YMCA, The Penguins. That is not all, she is also the one who started the first competitive year-round US swimming team in Mooresville for the Lowe's YMCA.

Tammie Jean Keolalani Filiault is one of the famous swimmers who has grown significantly with time. She started her journey from being a student and gradually made her way up the awning. Today, after competing in the Barcelona Olympics in 1992, she is a Lightning Heach Coach. Her journey as a swimmer began when she was 8 years old. Born and brought up in Hawai, this young girl at the age of 12 moved to Guam with her father, where she taught and experienced several swimming competitions. Read more here!
