Keefe Sencen and Dex Dizznee are in eighth grade, each struggling with their own problems. What will happen when the two become best friends? Or maybe more . . . All characters belong to Shannon Messenger, except Zach and possibly a couple others.

When Dex and Keefe get roped into dare by Sophie, they both decide to go through with it. Feelings come up. Bonding happens. Dex and Keefe didn't see this coming. Sophie planned it entirely. But, they did pinky promise.

Everyone thought he was going to be Talentless, but he turned the tides by manifesting as a Technopath. Things were looking up for him. Then he was tricked into making weapons and a circlet to restrict abilities and once again, he was an outcast. In a world where people live forever, one mistake can ruin you forever, being gay will only ruin him further. But he is ready to fight for what he thinks is right with Keefe on his side. ~Keefe Sencen is a bisexual elf. He thought maybe he could choose, but once he met Dex, he was all he could think about. With a mother in an evil organization and a father that has been a lot less kind then how fathers should be. He's always been a disappointment to his dad but now that he's been dating a boy, he'll just be even more of an embarrassment. But, with his boyfriend by his side, he's ready to fight and take a stand against his father, his mother and anyone else who doesn't agree with them. WRITTEN BEFORE FLASHBACK [Update schedule: Every 1-3 months Last update: April 16, 2022] Keefe's been heartbroken, the one he loved starts to go out with someone else, his best friend Fitz. Dex is also upset, he finally gets over Sophie, and he began liking Biana. Problem with that is that she's with Tam. He's been faced with the pain of being unnoticed, as all his friends have been to busy with their love life to notice. When the two find out each other's problems, they try and work together and get better. Two pranking buddies work together to get revenge. In a world where you can't always choose who to love, what will they do when they begin to have feelings for each other? I'm open to constructive criticism, I'd love to know how I can do better.
