Dainsleif entered the tavern, looking around. Diluc shot him a look, he was confused, this man had a strange energy emitting from him. As Dainsleif finally found what he was looking for, Kaeya, Dain walked up to the man, got onto one knee, and bowed down. He grabbed Kaeya's hand and gave it a light kiss, while still holding his hand to his face, he said, "My prince, i finally found you." Kaeya looked confused, looked around and glanced at Diluc, and mouthed the words 'is this some type of prank?' Kaeya, Diluc, Venti, Rosaria, Barbara, Amber, Eula, Jean, Lisa, Noelle, Albedo, and Klee (who was drinking grape juice) all were there, looking at Kaeya and then the strange man. "I'm sorry, what?" Kaeya stated, super confused. He looked around, something caught his eye. Venti sobered up all of the sudden, and ran out of the tavern. "My prince, I am your protector, it was my fault i didn't protect you from that archon when you were younger," Dain confessed, "I am back to protect you, over the years we have rebuilt our hometown, please, do come back, we need a ruler." A few years later, they find out that Kaeya's body belongs to a special someone, and things don't go well for the place of Teyvat.

You thought you worked at the castle as a servant for the royalty of Khaenri'ah, and you had five hundred days' worth of memories to support that. Your reality is quickly shattered, however, when you find out you're essentially living in The Matrix, and escape it only to find out that you're on the completely wrong planet, in someone else's body. If you are to find a way home, you must uncover the secrets of your past, but answers will not reveal themselves so easily. In fact, it may take centuries. To survive in this new world called Teyvat, you ally yourself with witches and meet gods and mortals, experience war and peace, feel freedom and pain, and learn about life and death. You can only hope that by the end of this long journey, you won't lose yourself.

Scaramouche is Dottore's latest test subject, he has been through several experiments in the past, but this one almost broke him. After the latest experiment to find out exactly how scaramouche was created, Scaramouche heard faint cries and screams of a young girl.
