JJ then feels something he's never felt before for kie, will he express his feelings or hide them in order to keep his friendship ?

This is basically what I want season two to look like. Side note- I ran out of time to write a full Jiara story since OBX season two is THREE DAYS AWAY!!! So I definitely wanted this story to be longer than it was. However, I still like how it came out so I'm sharing it with you guys.

the summer was supposed to be about the pogues making new memories, but at the end the group is just in ruins, sarah and john b are dead, pope lost his scholarship and his best friend, kiara's relationship life goes from nothing to too much and jj's dad is an abusive drunk. jj and kiara are both numb after the summer's events, still feeling the consequences of all that happened- they need something new, something to make them feel something again. little did they know they're eachothers something. DISCLAIMER: this book is based off the series "outer banks" on netflix, created by jonas and josh pate along with shannon burke. the majority of characters are not my own, it is stated in the chapter "-prologue-" what characters are mine, and which are not. i do not own some storylines, but the book is set after the events of the first season of the show- so what you'll read here is my interpretation of the characters and plot, and where i find it'd be fun for it to go. this book is just for entertainment purposes and all rights belong to netlfix and the aforementioned creators :) enjoy.

This story takes place after season 2. As the mystery unfolds about John B's father, JJ and Kiara slowly develop feelings for each other. Each of them have their own struggles to overcome, can they help each other? Or is the timing all wrong.

They have just found the el dorado gold and are on the plane back to OBX when our story begins. It follows the journey of Jj and Kie's new found relationship and what they encounter after they get back to the OBX. This is my first story so please go easy on me as this is just going to be written off ideas that jump into my head when I sit down to write.
