For you people who get bullied or someone just said 'Yo Bro you acting like you own the place after you paying your debts to the king.' which in most cases means you going have to pay him or fight him even though you done act like you own anything. Most of these steps require some muscle but I will tell you what you need in order to do it.

He will break Tanner, whether she likes it or not. He has to crack a warrior. He has to break someone who's already wounded. He has to earn trust from Tanner, something she hasn't done since her incident.
