Six years old was a milestone year for me, not because of kindergarten but because of my, wel lets call it athleticism. At the young age of 6 I got asked to leave the local soccer league because on more than one occasion I accidentally kicked it and it hit a kid and that kid cried. But my dad did not want me to give up on sports and he knew I loved kicking. He signed me up for Pop Warner football as a kicker. I went on to be a kicker for my middle school team and then high school. Now here I am a junior in high school being forced to move 862 miles away from my teammates and my friends, everything. High school is already hard enough, but I am not your typical football player.
