A Smiling Critters one-shot book! This will feature ships, stories that may or may not be canon to any Chapter of Poppy Playtime and even the Smiling Critters playing certain games! I do not own the Smiling Critters, the games or any other Poppy Playtime characters mentioned herein.

My potential pitch if a Smiling Critters movie (BASED OFF THE CARTOON) ever existed. I know this'll most likely never happen, this was written for entertainment purposes!

The Smiling Critters are celebrating the holidays this year, it's Jolly Wishes Day but the Nightmare Critters are planning to ruin the festivities by stealing Jolly JingleDeer's magical scepter and their wishes are threatening to cancel the holiday! Can DogDay and the Critter Crew foil their evil scheme and save Jolly Wishes Day before it's too late?

Dogday had once been a captive in the cruel world of dogfighting, sold to callous individuals who thrived on violence. Despite his strong build and fierce exterior, he longed for a life free from the horrors of the pit. His fate took a dramatic turn when a whimsical purple cat named Catnap appeared on the scene, accompanied by determined police officers and a team of SWAT members. Together, they launched a daring operation to dismantle the fighting rings and liberate the dogs, rescuing Dogday and many others from their bleak existence. Catnap, with his vibrant fur and playful demeanor, brought Dogday to a cozy home filled with warmth and companionship, sharing the space with his caring girlfriend and an eclectic group of furry friends. Yet, despite his newfound safety, Dogday remained cautious and skeptical. Trust did not come easily for him after the traumas he had experienced. Everything changed when he met Craftycorn, a kind-hearted female unicorn struggling with a grave illness caused by kidney failure. With her shimmering coat and gentle spirit, Craftycorn resonated with a familiarity that stirred something deep within Dogday. As they bonded over their trials, he felt the walls around his heart begin to crack. Would this brave unicorn, facing her own battles, be the key to helping Dogday reclaim the joy he had lost? As Dogday worried about Craftycorn's fate, he found himself torn between despair and hope. An unknown amount of time passed since the last critter (CatNap) was killed...the Smiling Critters seemed to be gone for good. However, as the clock strikes midnight on August 8th, all the critters get brought back to life by an unknown entity. They're forced to live in an old manor together with 8 new faces, while also dealing with their own struggles.

In this, the cartoon versions that I based off two videos that I will show in the story, will be summoned into the canon version of Poppy playtime, leading to many misunderstandings and discoveries. They will be accompanied by the player, who I will refer to as 'AJ' as they make their way into the factory, starting from right before entering the playcare!

This one shot story is a psychological dark episode about what happens when cartoons meet their bigger body selves in Playtime Co. by going through a series of doors. These hallways aren't like the actual Poppy Playtime chapters in the current game, but it's the design. It'll mostly be empty...with some horrendous surprises. These surprises may even lead to the start of losing your sanity.
