She moved to outer banks to move in with her grandparents so her mother can be looked after by them, she is very smart and loves the ocean. She has tan skin, dirty blonde hair and a fit body. Skyler dreams of being an athlete surfer one day and hopes she will do her mum proud. TW- there is a bit of swearing and violence and drug reference in this story so if you are not comfortable with that please don't read Please read!! I chose not to follow the storyline of outerbanks because i feel it has been used a lot and wanted to make it more original, i do not own any of these characters except for skylar. ☺️
