Half a year has passed since the Lorwardian Invasion. Many villains have retired, but a newly made organization has recruited a lot more new players and the infamous Shego. Things take a sudden turn as Shego was tasked to do something she never considered, a task any criminal should be used to, yet an impossible one for Shego.

3 years after the disappearance of Shego: the worlds worst supervillain ,and most powerful and dangerous thief, the Criminal scene has since become a much quieter place. Kim's out of college, working as an ER Trauma doctor during the day, and is fighting what crime she can find at night. Ron visits occasionally for holidays from his dojo in Japan where he and Yori are raising their twins and teaching mixed martial arts to young protégées. Kim stays busy but never forgot shego. Once a week she meets up with Dr. Drakken of all people, Struggling for clues on to what happened to her. Meanwhile, shego is locked away being used as a lab rat for a new villian. One who is as cunning as she is cruel. Soon, Kim and shego's worlds will collide once again, with new and old faces emerging to stop the world from falling into chaos.
