His best friend since eighth grade, Kiku, has to help him out, and in this tragedy, Alfred realizes thinks of his friend as more than just a friend. In his father's will, he gives his research ship to Alfred to do as he wishes. Alfred, being who he his, gathers his multicultural company of companions and sets off on a mission to an unexplored island in northern Russia, but things don't end as planned.
