King Uther always wanted a son. The proper heir to the thrown than he wouldn't have to mary his kid off just to continue having power. He was very disappointed when his wife gave birth to a girl and then promptly died. King Uther thought up the perfect lie so that he could get what he believed he rightly deserved, his daughter would act as a boy in public. He got Gaius to agree to keep his daughters true gender a secret. What happens when Merlin shows up to fufill his destiny only to find his destiny was connect to a girl not a boy. A.N: I don't own any on Merlin or the characters and lines form the TV Show.

As the daughter of King Uther, I have a lot of duties and rules I have to follow. No swearing, no drinking, always smile in public, don't fall in love with your brother's servant. Oh! A Merlin fanfic, where Merlin found out that Kilgharrah is his real father and Aithusa is his half sister, Kilgharrah had found out 3 weeks before Merlin and Aithusa and became an over protective father. Aithusa and Merlin was wondering why and wants to find out but Uther had found out before them and the crazy thing is that he's dead! An old friend of Kilgharrah came to thought things out.

This story is a rewrite of Season Five (final season) of Merlin (TV Show) where Merlin finally gets the love interest he deserves. And is told from another point of view. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters of this show except for my own original character.
