Kilgrave isn't the bad guy and he never was.

Zila was different, even she knew that from the very beginning. She always knew that, graduating from MIT by 12, her obsession with purple, and most of all her power. She was filled with power, rage, and distrust. If she doesn't destroy New York City, what or who will she destroy first?

He had lost everything. Jessica, his parents, his pride and dignity. But when he goes rummaging around through some old files, he notices something curious that piques his interest, which slowly turns into his main obsession. - She moves to the city to start a new life, trying her best to escape the dark past that lurks around every corner. Just as she thought everything was looking up, her life comes crashing down at the feet of a brusque, pushy man. She finds herself caught in his lies, his madness, his obsession. The truth is inevitable. And it's too ugly for either of them to handle.

Aurora's life is awful, her dad and his friends all abuse her, he Mom died when Aurora was 10 and the same abusive things happened every day for 8 years until one day a man in purple came and saved her. Warning: Has some cursing

Its quite a brain throb, but i managed to write a short but sweet little fic about Kilgrave, where he doesn't die, just finally gets it through his thick skull that Jessica Jones and him will never happen...but he finds someone else.
