Slightly reminiscent of the Killing Eve novels written by Luke Jennings, a Dove I Have Given my Heart to is a story focusing on Adeline, a determined serial killer and constant drug and alcohol abuser, who will do anything and everything to get what she wants and needs in life. And Maeve, an FBI Agent with an eye for Addies recent work. Their relationship blossoms after Maeve's husband, Jack, reveals a disturbing secret seemingly revealing that their entire relationship has been built upon one small, but greatly catastrophic lie. Adeline entangles herself into the lie and things begin to heat up quickly. Passions arise and fires burn between them, but will Adeline and Maeve be able to keep relationships alive, or will stakes be to high as time goes on?
