What if Mare chose Maven? What if Cal chose Mare the first time around? What if Mare chose to rise and rise alone just like jon predicted? This series will change a few crucial moments in the story, a few moments that will change it all. As well as this, there is a new character from the Calore brothers childhood who is destined to save one and destroy the other, but can she overcome fate? Can she page her own path? This is basically my rewrite of the series with different things added in or changed! I love the original but I always wonder what would have happened if somebody never chose someone and so on! Characters belong to Victoria Aveyard with the exception of a few, you'll know which ones aren't hers because they aren't mentioned in the original book! Hope you enjoy! (Also I have school and dance three times a week so this might not be updated often!)

Don't have to read past half of Glass Sword, although obviously recommended but no spoilers. Mare Barrow and Tiberias Calore(Cal) fanfictions by ME. No one shots. Just multiple stories. Maybe a few Maven/Mare before he turned evil. Maybe some Kilorn/Mare thrown in there bc he's my favorite character. OR WAIT SOME CAL AND KILORN bc i ship *cackles maniacally*

Ist dein Blut jedoch silbern, hast du außergewöhnliche Kräfte und ein sorgloses Leben, du herrschst praktisch in der Elite. Welche Farbe hat deines? Kendra Osanos ist eine merkwürdige Silberne. Gutmütig, freundlich und vor allem eine Gegnerin der Rotenunterdrückung. Ihr ganzes Leben ändert sich aber schlagartig, als ein rotes Mädchen einem Lichtblitz gleich durch einen elektrischen Schutzschild in eine Arena fällt. Eigentlich sollte diese tot sein, aber stattdessen zerstört sie unabsichtlich Kendra's Fast-Verlobung, heiratet bald in die königliche Familie ein und zettelt eine Rebellion an, bei der Kendra sofort mitmacht. Eines Nachts läuft sie einem roten Jungen namens Kilorn Warren, der sich gerade zusammen mit der Scharlachroten Garde, einer Rebellionsgruppe, ins Schloss einschleusen will, über den Weg und hinterlässt einen verwunderlichen Eindruck bei dem Fischerjungen aus Stilts, einem kleinen Dorf am Fluss. Als der Krieg und Mavens Herrschaft beginnt, flüchtet sie zur Scharlachroten Garde. Aber nicht allein, sondern gleich noch mit ihren Geschwistern. Die Spaltung der Häuser am Hof führt dann auch noch dazu, dass Haus Osanos sich ganz der Garde anschließt. Doch egal wie oft Kendra ihre Treue beweist, Kilorn will ihr einfach nicht trauen oder gar sehen, was sie für ihn empfindet. Denn es gibt immer nur Mare. Außerdem ist er der Überzeugung, alle Silbernen wären Monster und lässt Kendra einfach keine Chance, sich zu beweisen. Ein erschütterndes Ereignis jedoch bringt ihn dazu, seine Einstellung in Frage zu stellen.

First, you need to have read my fanfiction of Kings Cage to understand anything that is going on. Second, this is a continuation of my Kings Cage fanfiction and so most characters and plots belong to the most magnificent Victoria Aveyard and I own none of it. Though... some of the characters and plots I have added for my personal liking. So we begin... The last we heard, King Maven is dead, killed by his brother, the heir, Tiberias Everett Calore VII. In the midst of a rescue and hopeful end to a war, did a new one just begin? Jon is on the throne now, joined with the Silver army and High Houses, kidnapped Kyra and baby Hadley. With the Scarlet Guard no longer a threat, how will Mare, Cal, Shade, and the rest of them make it out this time?

My friends Maddie and Lucy brought me into this, and, well, seeing as how us British have a great sense of humour I began to crack some jokes. These are said jokes.

A modern Rendition of the first exciting book in the Red Queen series. What would be different if there was no Norta? No Royalty or High Silver Houses? As a matter of fact, what if there weren't any abilities? What if they were like us? Mare Barrow grew up in a neigborhood that wasn't always known for it's great wealth and status, in fact, she grew up just a few minutes away the large buisness city of New York City. With all three of her older brothers in prison for stealing, Mare's family is broken. WIth her own future on the line seing as she's been pick pocketing all her life. Her best friend since childhood, Kilorn Warren, has been an orphan for all his life. His father comitting suicide and his mother simply leaving him on the streets. When Kilorn gets swept up in a robbery plot of Business Tycoon, Tiberias Calore, and faces to be sued, Mare is willing to do anything. All the character, occasianal dialog from the Original Book, and plot belong to the Amazing Vitoria Aveyard, I own none of these characters. Enjoy!

(Updates every other week at least) This takes place after War Storm, so there are spoilers if you haven't finished the book. Haunted by her past, Mare tries to adjust to life after a war, only to be thrown back into more chaos. After everything that has happened previously, Mare is still trying to find herself and ends up learning more about her own mind than she had imagined. Luckily, Cal is by her side and they are ready to face all danger together. This is a continuation of Turkeys and Kisses. Maven is jealous of Cal, who has the one thing that Maven wanted for himself. Mare. So with a thirst for revenge with his childish mind, he plots to make her hate him. (Also there's a bit of Evangeline x Kilorn on the side.)
