Kel has liked Sunny since they were kids but when they leave the hospital Sunny realises he also has feelings for Kel. None of them want to admit it as they don't want to seem weird for the rest of the friend group. Kel wants Sunny so bad but he's not sure his family will accept him if he comes out as gay. Basil already knows that Sunny is bisexual but does not know who he likes. Aubrey has come out and told everyone who she likes and it turns out Kim likes Aubrey back but is too shy to tell her. Under Sunny's hypocritical, well-intentioned advice, Kel puzzled over his mental checklist as the bruised house drifted out of sight, now a grey blur. An assortment of surgery, artery-clogging snacks? Check! Mixtape Sunny made special for him, covered in little red hearts and a doodle of the two of them holding hands? Check (No, actually, he will not read into that, fuck you for asking). An 8 pack of Monster so Aubrey wouldn't fall asleep at the wheel while he drives her mad with alien conspiracies and iSpy all night? Check! (Sunny downed three, the absolute madman, before they even stepped foot in the car, but he figured it still counted) Homework? ...check. An excuse for stealing Ms. Suzuki's car, running away with her son and "future daughter-in-law", and showing up at his incredibly busy brother's dorm room? You know, something even remotely better than "You sounded like you were about to cry over the phone last night and you don't cry and I'm so worried and distracted and madly in love with you, I simply had to come check on you, so...Surprise!" ...He'd check that one off sometime before they got there. Probably.

Okay I know the title doesn't really make sense, it was the only thing I had in mind though. This is a royal au OMORI fanfic that's mainly about the ship Suntan/Caprisun (Sunny x Kel).

A few days after Mari's death, sunny locks himself in his room, doing nothing but sleeping, eating & crying. One day, he goes downstairs to find nothing in the fridge, but he does find a familiar face in front of the stove... I made all art myself btw, including cover. I'm discontinuing this because I'm rewriting this, since it's badly written and I just wanna add things that I can't in this version. Basically what I imagine happens after OMORI. Sunny had told everyone the truth, and now he's seen as being a murderer. Kel is the only one who believes Sunny, and has to figure out how to prove to Aubrey and Hero that Sunny is innocent. Meanwhile, Omori is alive but trapped in the place in Sunny's mind where forgotten memories go, and with each memory he sees he begins to question who he is and if he is still needed. Little does he know, Headspace is in ruin and the only way to save it is to reset it, which only Omori can do. The only problem: Only the Dreamer can bring Omori back. But will the Dreamer even want Omori to return after everything he's done? And if that isn't enough, someone from the past is returning, with only one thing on their mind: revenge. So yeah. This is the first time I've ever written anything this long, but I love OMORI and wanted to write this, because there's TOO MANY questions in the end. So please bear with me. Just so you know, I ship Suntan, so this will have Suntan in it. But even if you don't ship Suntan I hope you still read and enjoy it. One last thing: I got the idea for this after reading Omori: What Comes After by @EpsilonofExcellence so there will be some similarities, but the story is mostly mine. OMORI spoilers because obvs. I do not own OMORI or the characters. They all belong to OMOCAT. I also did not create the cover art, I have no idea who it belongs to.

It was just Aubrey right in front of her. Just Aubrey.....who was staring her down with a smirk, her dark eyes lit up with slight mischief. There was no getting out of this....was there? That goddammed Miss Candice would fucking kill her! There wasn't- "Hmm? Scared, aren't ya?" Aubrey lazily stared at the nails of her hands, though they didn't have freshly painted nail polish on them as Kim had expected. "You know...a certain someone's birthday's coming up. They really like flowers!" The candy lover gulped, Aubrey's presence seeming much more imposing despite both of them being about the same height. "Whaddaya say? You help me give 'em a lil' something, and Miss Candice won't bite your ear off!" What the hell?! - Mari Lives, and Aubrey just met the gang six months ago. Also a Modern-Day AU, so they have social media!
