Minseok is happy, but confused. Although he loves taking care of the kids in the orphanage and bringing them on weekly picnics in the forest near their raggedy, run down town, he's still unsure of why he has suddenly started having crushes on boys instead of girls, or why he's growing orange hair, or cat ears, or why several non-profit organizations have sent him copies of books called, "The Polyestrous Heat Cycle." He thinks it has something to do with the mysterious disappearance of his cat, Miyeon, on the day the power plant exploded all those years ago.
Jongdae has a secret: he's gay. Being the face of the government isn't an easy task, especially when he's so publicized and has tons of girls swooning every time he comes on TV. Ever since the power plant exploded, there has been unmistakeable tension over the victims of the explosion. And now, ten years later, he's being sent on a mission to find out more about these people, as well as more about himself.
