After the trauma center was built, Kim Sabu continued his life as head of the surgery department at Doldam Hospital. He is making future plans for Doldam Hospital and one thing that remains the same is that patient safety is always the most important thing, until a major incident happens to the person he cares about. This incident disturbed his heart and mind. He immediately questioned what he had been doing all this time.

Kim sabu is a senior doctor decide to take his rival doctor Kim haNi to doldam hospital because after become chairman he cannot give enough time to the patient's..He want to make doldam a government funded emergency trauma center. But after carrying her to the doldam hospital he seems to face some hard time because of her...story reflects dr.kim sabu's struggle and dedication and his patience and sacrifice towards doldam hospital to make it a emergency trauma center..
