Two friends, one a reaper, the other a solder are forced to the "outside" (a world filled with monsters) for Podboju, a killer, recreated a stronger version of the illness that wiped out the human race long ago. He uses this to kill the tree of life which then rots the land they walk on, slaughtering everyone one by one in the 'town with the walls'. They escape just in time leaving the infested area, the result of this leaves them with no hope, looking for a way to restart their lives and save the ones who remain. It is unbelievable how one simple gym class in 7th grade can shape one's life so much. Mr. Chashew is quite rough on his students, even though they are just 7th graders.
