UNDERGOING MAJOR EDITS Chara is... Different from most people in the Underground. Why? She's the only human down there and she's the adopted daughter of the king and queen. Not exactly a great combination to be normal. She fears many things, her fellow humans, the dark (probably) and most of all, the head of the Royal Scientists, Doctor W.D Gaster. After stumbling upon a suspicious file, Chara realizes that something isn't right. Meanwhile, in Snowdin, people have been vanishing without a trace. After a small group enter the forest to investigate and one of them is mortally wounded, the whole Underground is thrown into panic. However, fate has a way of bringing people together, and everyone is going to need more than luck to survive. Part one of three. Side note- this is my first story and I'm not that good at writing so please don't judge too harshly! I welcome all constructive criticism. I would also highly suggest you play or watch a playthrough of Undertale before reading! Another side note- I take a few creative liberties in this, so not everything is canon Undertale. Enjoy!
