this is kind of a spin off of the story 'ghostly affection' so if you liked that one, you might like this one. its just a more drawn out version of it, kind of cute, with the add on of that mario gets put in a portrait and luigi has to save him. go read 'ghostly affection' first. its really good, if you like fluff ships and mario. its really cute.

Louise is walking to her apparently new mansion that she just won in a contest, despite her not entering in any contest whatsoever. Nevertheless, Louise asks her older brother, Mario, to meet her at the mansion later tonight to check it out. However, things soon take a dark turn as, not only is the mansion haunted with dangerous ghosts and that Mario is nowhere to be found. But that King Boo, Louise's archenemy, has had an unhealthy obsession/infatuation over her and will stop at nothing to make Louise his ghost queen, forever. Can Louise overcome her fear of ghost to save her brother and all of the Mushroom Kingdom from King Boo's wrath? Will she be able to escape the 'king of all ghosts' unhealthy love over her? Or will Louise become trapped in this haunted nightmare forever? (Note: Louise is the female version of Luigi in this story. Also, Mario and Louise will be siblings in this story instead of brothers. Plus, King Boo will be in a more humanized form instead of how he usually looks in the Mario franchise. Everyone else will stay the same gender.) *I don't own any artwork or the Mario series. From kingdom to kingdom, Luigi just wants to stay in one place to work and call home. With no job wanting to hire the poor Luigi, he goes to the castle. There the two lost twins learn about one another and come up with a plan. One wants freedom and the other wants comfort, why not just trade lives? What's the worst that can happen?
