In the Kingdom of Lumera [ loo-mare-uh ], Queen Hye-Rin was struck with grief when her husband, King Namjoon, died. They'd already had three children - Prince Kai, Prince Soobin and Prince Taehyun. With low hopes of prevailing through her own disease - leukemia - Queen Hye-Rin decided on hosting a selection a year after her husbands death.
