Akelius was Brough to Earth from her planet Olympus. She and her dysfunctional family, the eternals were sent to protect the humans from raging monsters, the deviants. They were sent by the Celestials on the Domo. Akelius protected earth and her family for 1000 years when a mistake occurs and she questions everything.' *I was enchanted to meet you* Artemis is an immortal, cursed to wander the Earth and watch all the humans she grows to love die. After being given powers of elemental manipulation and immortality, along with her best friend, Apollo, they have wandered Earth for centuries, never permanently settling in one place. However, this puts them on a trajectory to eventually cross paths with another group of immortals, The Eternals. Artemis is intrigued by this group of powered people who call themselves Earth's protectors, and she grows closer to them, determined to learn more. Especially about the brooding and quiet man who never seems to escape her mind. Over the course of thousands of years they weave in and out of each others lives, until one day they must all reunite in order to save Earth.

***This story is meant as an almost precursor to Eternals in a sense. Druig obviously has an Irish accent, so I'm writing this with the intent of this being Druig travelling to Ireland in his own travels away from the Eternals around 250 AD to 400 AD. It's almost like an origin story for him before the Emergence. Below is an excerpt: "Druid? An bhfuil tú mar an gcéanna liomsa?" His eyes began to shine with a golden hue. The girl stepped back driving a foot into the ground, roots twisting and growing around here legs holding her steady. The forest grew darker as if the branches had begun to block out the sun's light. The raven was now on a nearby branch. It spread its wings to show its intimidating size. It screeched loudly at him. He put his hands up to show he held no weapons, while he placed his own thoughts gently into her head. She shut her eyes tightly and spoke her mysterious language in forced whispers, the trees seemed to echo her. The girl's stance reluctantly relaxed, her eyes opening to mimic his own. "I've not come here to harm you. My name is Druig, and no, I'm not like you. Not exactly." The roots sank back into the ground letting the earth fall back into place, and she stood tall repeating the foreign name in confirmation, "Druig." He smiled as friendly as he could, speaking once more into her mind to help her understand, "I am Druig. Do you have a name?" She stared at him. Her eyes held confusion, and Druig wasn't sure if she could understand him at all. She approached him. The earth hugged at her heels as she stepped closer to him. "Do you understand any of what I'm saying?" he spoke again. He tried to enter her mind, but there was something blocking him. He looked to her lips to see them shining as if dipped in honey. For Druig, the decision to go their separate ways was brought on by him. He left the people he called family, the woman he loved, and didn't look back. He created a place of peace for mankind and accepted the fact that the next time he would see his fellow Eternals would be upon their return to Olympia. That is until nine faces from his past bring news that shattered the truth he had grown to believe.
