As the Pride Lands become Increasingly dangerous, Kion and Fuli become closer and closer as they discover great evil, new powers, and the beginning of love...or do they? (This story will be a bit more mature as I don't plan on keeping it as kid friendly as Disney did. I plan on 20 chapters, with maybe 3-4 books in total. I already have this book planned out for the most part and I have an idea of where I want to go with Book 2, so it should be a fun ride. After Kion gives up the Roar and his duties as the Fiercest of the Lion Guard, he asks his teammates to accompany him to the Tree of Life so he can be with Queen Rani. However, Fuli sees this a betrayal and believes it undermines everything they have worked for. After years apart, the Pridelands are on edge as a neighbouring Cheetah Coalition threatens a war with King Simba. Kion is forced to return to his homeland and sacrifice his happiness for the sake of peace. The one thing that can prevent a war is a betrothal between the Prideland Prince and the Cheetah Coalition Heiress. "Everything I do is for the Kingdom".

Kion is trying his best to be a great king and mate to Rani but all he feels like is that Rani only wants him because of the roar not of them raising a family and be a couple and the only one who understands him is Fuli as she was wondering the same thing as Azzad and her relationship struggles to grow more and more she wonders if her relationship belongs with someone else or someone she knew as a brother to her long ago.
