Roar of the Elders is not the only roar. There is another roar called the Roar of Darkness. Whoever possesses the Roar of Darkness (aka. Dark Roar) has the power of deceased evil lions. Whenever the possessor lets out a Dark Roar, evil lions of the past unleash their rage, hatred, aggression, causing horrific mental and physical damage to their victims. After being defeated several times by Kion, Scar's minions developed a fear of facing the Lion Guards. Scar resolved to use his TRUMP CARD - invoking evil lions the past and establish a team of Evil Guards to defeat the Lion Guards. Kion and his friends are forced to face a powerful enemy they have never seen before...

Kiara and Kovu have 2 cubs Asha and Shujaa. Kion mated with Vitani and had one cub named Vitagozi. Kovu and Kiara adopted a grey lioness cub named Usiku. Zuri had a cub named Uzuri. Tiifu had a cub named Asali. Usiku had a hard time fitting into the Pride Lands and had no place in the Circle of Life whatsoever. That is, until the Roar came.............

Backstory: The kings of the pride lands all have the roars of the elders, Simba, the king of the pride lands had the roar, he used it's power to defeat his uncle Scar and restored balance to the pride lands. Vitani has gone through a lot in her life, she lost her father, older brother, than her mother, when she became part of the lion guard her life was starting to look up for with her father figure Simba, but she lost him as well, and her crush Kion is the king of the Tree of Life, this pushed her to louse control of her roar and created and trapped herself in her own little world, she created her own story and wrote the love of her life Kion in it, the question is, how will she get out or will she be trapped in there forever.

This story contains an AU where Kion and Rani broke up after their relationship tumbled into hell, Kion felt no feelings for Rani, Rani was cheating on Kion, and they both kept so many secrets and hate from eachother. After their break up Kion and the lion guard went back to the pridelands, Vitani and Kion worked together as the two lion guards joined into one large group of protecters. Fuli confesses to Kion who rejected her but they still remain friends, Kion wasn't looking for love and a few years later he just forgot how to love someone romantically. Little did he know, his feelings for Vitani began growing without him knowing. (Everyone is a pre-teen so they're about the age they were before growing up in the final season. All events stayed the same, Kion has a scar, they had set out for the tree of life, Ono was blinded but healed, ect. The only difference is that Rani and Kion don't become king and queen, they have been announced next for the throne. Sometimes images won't be the right age, it's just to show expression.)
