Hanahaki is a fictional disease that occurs when a character experiences unrequited love. This often results in the character choking up flower petals. The only cure is to get your feelings returned or surgery. Otherwise, it may lead to death. PS: I know relatively nothing about MHA anymore and I do not plan on updating myself.
