Ever since middle school, Deku knew that Bakugou did not like him. His reasoning was unknown, but all Deku knew was that he wanted Kachaan to like him. Ever since middle school, he has tried to do just that. They are now in their 2nd year if UA, and Deku is starting to wonder why he keeps trying. Bakugou has always been hot-headed. He also has always been bad at expressing, and understanding, his feelings. When Deku started to seem like someone who he wanted as more than a friend, he instinctively pushed him away. Now, as a 2nd year highschooler, he wonders if that was the right choice.
